GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CLUB MEMBERS
SUBSCRIPTION AS A MEMBER TO THE CLUB
I.1 Requirements
To become a member of El Club del Cep you only have to fill out the membership application, accepting the Privacy Policy of El Club, the General Terms and Conditions, the General Conditions of Membership to El Club and make your first order. This application can be made online or by telephone.
I.2 Age
The Member declares that he/she is of legal age for the consumption of alcohol.
How do monthly selections work?
II.1 Lots
The standard box of selected wines is 6 bottles, with total prices per selection between €60 and €120 (VAT included), excluding some special shipments.
II.2 Communications and deadlines
1. Every month, during the first fortnight of the month, each Member will receive free information by email, detailing the characteristics of the selected wines and their prices. In any case, this information will be available on the Internet in the Club section at www.clubdelcep.com .
The member will have ten days to decide whether or not he/she wishes to receive the selection. The date will appear in the communication sent by email. It will be sufficient to communicate this (by phone or email to: clubdelcep@clubdelcep.com) before the aforementioned deadline.
If after this period no communication has been received from the Member, the Club will understand that he/she wishes to receive the selection of the month. Likewise, if the Member wishes to receive more of the selection of the month or change it and/or repeat selections from previous months, it will be enough for him/her to inform us (by phone or email to: clubdelcep@clubdelcep.com).
II.3 Shipping and charging
During the last week of the month, you will receive the wine at your home and a receipt will be issued according to your direct debit instructions.
II.4 Minimum Orders
To become a member of the Club, it is necessary to make a minimum of four annual selections.
II.5 Geographic Coverage
The geographic coverage of the El Club service is the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
III. PRICES
The Club will select as its “Monthly Selection” wines whose price per selection is between €60 and €120. All prices include VAT.
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of the delivery service is free to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
PAY
V.1 Direct Debit
Anyone who applies to join the Club will have their chosen team's payments paid directly into a bank account or onto a credit or debit card.
V.2 Invoice
Members who wish to receive an invoice for each shipment must specify this when applying for membership, detailing their NIF. If they have not specified this and wish to receive an invoice, they will simply need to request this from the Club's Member Service Department (clubdelcep@clubdelcep.com).
INCIDENTS AND RETURNS
In the event of delivery issues or if the Member wishes to make a return, the notification period is seven days from receipt of the product. To do so, the Member must contact the Club's Member Service Department (clubdelcep@clubdelcep.com).
In the event of damage to the packaging, the Member may not accept the shipment, informing the driver that it is rejected, or accept it, indicating the defect on the delivery note and contacting Club del Cep always within the following 24 hours.
In the case of returns of defective products, Club del Cep will be responsible for the same and the shipping costs. Shipping costs will be borne by the Member when they do not correspond to defective products.
VII. SERVICE PROVIDER
The company providing the service is “Vins Fins, SL”, with current address at Calle D'en Draper, 24 08350 Arenys de Mar Barcelona.
VIII. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data of Club Members who place an order will be collected in a personal data file owned by “Vins Fins, SL”, which guarantees full compliance with the Personal Data Protection regulations, and thus, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, the Owner is informed and gives his consent to the incorporation of his data into the automated file, and to the automated processing of the same, for the purposes of sending commercial communications, in order to adapt our commercial offers to your particular profile, as well as to comply with the legal and contractual obligations assumed towards said clients. The recipients of said data will be the commercial and technical services of Club del Cep. The Owner's acceptance that his data may be processed in the manner established in this paragraph is always revocable, without retroactive effect, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13. The privacy policy of Club del Cep ensures that you exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in accordance with the terms established in current legislation, before the File Manager, at the following address: Vins Fins SL, D'en Draper, 24 08350 Arenys de Mar Barcelona.

ADMISSION RESERVATION
Club del Cep reserves the right of admission to The Club and provision of the service.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
Club del Cep reserves the right to make changes to the general conditions of sale and operation of the Club. Any changes must be communicated and displayed to the Members 30 days in advance.
XII. LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
