Pisco 1615 Acholado revives the passion for excellence of those pisco artisans. It is the meeting point between the old and the new, giving rise to an exceptional, sophisticated, and high-quality distillate. It owes its name to the year in which grape cultivation for distillation and the production of the first piscos was first recorded, back in 1615. Appearance is clean, bright, and colorless. On the nose, we find sweet aromas of fruits such as banana, apple, and citrus nuances. The palate is warm and with notable apple notes. A perfect pisco for making Pisco Tonic and Chilcano.
