Varieties: 60% Xarel.lo, 35% Macabeu and 5% Parellada
Golden yellow in colour with golden reflections, it has a persistent rosary of fine bubbles.
On the nose, notes of pastries and ripe fruit stand out.
In the mouth, its proper aging allows us to enjoy both the fruit and the initial acidity, as well as a perfect creaminess and texture that give it breadth and complexity.
