Varieties: 60% Macabeo, 15% Xarel·lo and 25% Parellada
Aged for a minimum of 24 months.
Bright straw yellow colour with light golden tones and abundant, small bubbles. Very tasty and elegant. Good persistence and wide retronasal passage with well-harmonised fruity tones, reminiscent of fresh apples.
